Cookie notice

Last updated 5 October 2026

We keep this simple. Epos One uses only the cookies and device storage that the service needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept.

What we use

• A sign in session cookie. When you sign up or sign in to the admin console, a cookie keeps you signed in as you move between pages. It is deleted when your browser session ends.
• Device storage on tills and apps. A paired till, tablet or the Epos One app stores a device token, the product catalogue and any sales waiting to sync in the browser or app storage on that device, so it keeps working without a connection. This is needed to run the till and is not used for tracking.

Fonts from Google

Our website loads its typeface from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser asks Google for the font, which means Google receives your IP address. Google does not set advertising cookies as part of that request. Our privacy policy has more.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign in cookie you will not be able to sign in to the admin console.
