Wholesale pricing for resellers

Resellers run Epos One under their own brand and set their own prices for their customers. Wholesale terms are agreed with you directly, so get in touch and we will talk it through.

What happens after 14 days?

If you are within the Starter limits, nothing changes and you carry on free. If you have gone beyond them, your account pauses until you choose a paid plan, and nothing is deleted.

Currencies

Your till can trade in more than 40 currencies, picked when you sign up. Epos One itself is priced and billed in pounds.

Card payments

Epos One does not take a cut of your sales. Card payments are charged by your payment provider, such as Stripe, or your own card machine, at their rates.

Your data is yours

You can download your orders, payments, till reports and more as CSV files whenever you like. The free Starter plan keeps 28 days of sales history so it never grows without limit, so download a copy every few weeks and you hold a complete record. Your products, customers and settings are never removed. See our privacy policy and terms.
